Annual General Meeting of Festival Medical Services
As you know, our annual general meeting is to be held at:
Mendip Springs Golf Club, Honey Hall Lane, Congresbury, North Somerset on Saturday 9 February 2013 at 15.00 hours.
The advanced notice of the Meeting was in my Notice of Meeting of December 2012 and particulars of the resolutions on which you can vote and details of the administrative arrangements are attached in the Formal Notice which can also be found on our website www.festival-medical.com.
I appreciate that you may not be able to attend the meeting but you can use your vote by completing the proxy form enclosed (Click Here). Please make sure that you have let us have your proxy no earlier than 29 January 2013 and no later than 48 hours before the meeting by emailing it to the Company Secretary at phillipfranksfms@fsmail.net.
Your directors feel that all the proposals to be considered by the AGM are in the best interests of FMS and unanimously recommend members to vote in favour of all the resolutions set out in the attached notice.
