Ambulance Crews
FMS has a small fleet of 4x4 wheel drive stretcher capable vehicles imported and converted in-house. Most recently based on the Mitsubishi Delica 2.8 Turbo Diesel, these nimble vehicles as ideally suited for off road use at events.
They cope easily with the soft conditions found at most of the UK's outdoor events. Carrying the essentials needed for basic treatments and advanced life support and equipped with the Stryker MX Pro R3 easy-load stretcher, they are able to provide clinical logistics for any patient until they reach one of the many medical facilities on site.
Our vehicles are crewed by a large team of volunteer HPC registered Paramedics and ambulance staff of all grades, many of whom are employed by NHS Ambulance Trusts across the UK. This dedicated and professional group of are coordinated by State Registered Paramedic Ian George and Paul Crockett, an Ambulance Control Manager from Bristol.
