Event Availability;

First Log in to your membership record using your username and password for the website and then go to 'Volunteers' and 'Apply' or 'Edit your Profile' to bring up your membership record.

After bringing up your details on the screen, click on 'SAVE' at the bottom of the page

You will be taken to a second screen which is the 'Event Availability' page

It lists the main events that we are to cover together with event start and finish dates.

Click on the 'inline edit' against each line and tick your availability  

 In addition enter the registration number of the vehicle you are bringing and your camping requirements where appropriate

You will see that if the event accepts guest/friends this is indicated by the tick against the event, this is where you will enter your guest/friends name. (Full details of payment and friends photo information has already been sent to you)

You must click on the green arrow to save, if you do not your information will not be saved in our database.
