Reception is the first point of contact with FMS for the majority of our patients and is operated 24hours a day throughout the course of the festival. Our main responsibilities are to greet the patients and to ensure anyone who comes into the medical centre has been registered correctly on the computer system and that all patient notes are updated accurately.
A keen eye for detail is essential as you need to ensure the medical team not only has all the information to hand but has entered and recorded the patient data correctly for any repeat visits or obligatory reporting.
Throughout the day we receive a number of requests from both the FMS team as well as members of the public, therefore good customer service and communication skills are also essential.
