Nurse Coordinator - Tony Inman
My name is Tony Inman I am the Coordinator for the Nurses. I am a qualified nurse working as a Community Matron in the West Midlands. I have a degree in specialised community practice (BA hons), Case Management (PG Dip), Nurse Prescribing and I am currently doing my Non-Medical Prescribing qualification. I have a background of Nursing in Critical care, and Nurse Management as well as primary care. I also spent 4 years on the RCN Council (1993 - 1997) during which I gave presentations to the EEC commissioners' on health issues and the International conference of Nurses in Taiwan (1996). I also work as a nurse examiner for Insurance medicals and provide nursing and medical care/advice at a variety of events such as Motor cross, American football and other festivals as well as organising stewarding at similar events.

Clinical Lead Nurse - Paul Burton
This will be Paul's fifth year as a member of the organisation. He is a Charge Nurse and Emergency Nurse Practitioner in A&E and holds a dual qualification in both adult and paediatric nursing. He has attended festivals come rain or shine (mostly rain to be fair) and has been my secret weapon on many occasions, taking charge of the medical centre, working on the stages and stepping in to provide extra cover when disaster approached and the smelly stuff hit the fan!
This year the role of Clinical Lead has been introduced for all the larger crews and I am delighted that Paul has agreed to undertake it for the nurse team. The role is still being established and as we become clear what is involved this site will be updated.
What is certain is that Paul will be available throughout the duration of the festivals to provide clinical support or advice and to represent the nurse team where any issues arise. I am looking forward to working in conjunction with him to ensure that our team performs to the standard our organisation has come to be recognised for and that all our members have an enjoyable and potentially unique festival experience.
