Problems with entering details in forms?
Is it that it appears that you are unable to type into the boxes, if this is the case then I think you may have an old version of internet explorer which means you need to get the cursor to the far left of the first box as possible, click and then it will then let you type in the box. Use the tab key to move down the boxes.
Alternatively, we have also found that the problem appears to arise when you click with the arrow pointing in the centre of the box you are trying to complete and there is no response. However, if you rest the top of the arrow over the bottom margin of the box and click, the cursor appears in the box and allows you to enter the required data and so allows a successful application.
